Creative & Promotional Request

The first step in the process is to fill out this form. After you hit submit, we will connect with you to schedule a chat within 2 business days. [Reminder: All requests must be received 12 business days prior to "in-hand" date.] For larger projects, you can also expect to be tagged on a Basecamp project where we will communicate about your project and share updates.

If your request involves promotion of an event, please refer to the Events Playbook on the Heritage Resources page to determine if your event is a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3. This will help you answer pertinent questions below.

When do you need these creative assets "in hand?" *

"In hand" means the date you need the digital design files delivered. Please ensure your "in hand" date gives you enough time to begin promoting your event or ordering and shipping physical print work (banners, t-shirts, invite cards, etc.).
Please note that we can only guarantee approved projects requested at least 12 business days in advance

Please note that while we desire to approve and complete all projects within the requested timeframe, certain factors may disqualify a project including but not limited to the project exceeding the scope of our team or intersecting with periods of unusually high workflow or team unavailability. A decision for approval will be made at the interview process and the project timeline will begin.
